Your Mission at More Nutrition

As an (Junior) Product Developer (gn), you will be part of the best product development team for sports nutrition and supplements in Europe. You will specifically develop our powder, capsule, and tablet products for the TQG brand More Nutrition. Your Mission with Us

• You will manage product development projects end-to-end with great enthusiasm, from idea generation to market launch.
• You will be responsible for the creation of formulations, as well as their production and documentation.
• You will be responsible for conducting and interpreting storage test data from trials and deriving conclusions for your developments.
• You will question the status quo and take existing formulations to the next level.
• You will search for new raw materials relevant to our development and support our procurement team in exchanging existing raw materials.
• You will be in close contact with other departments and maintain contact with our suppliers.
• You will test our products with your great feel for the best taste and the best ingredient combinations, striving for continuous improvement of our products.
• You will organize and document tastings of the products you have prepared within your team.

Your Experience & Skills

• You have successfully completed a degree in Nutritional Sciences, Oecotrophology, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, or a comparable vocational training.
• Ideally, you have initial experience in product development (experience in the field of dietary supplements, sugar-free, protein-enriched foods, or bars is a plus).
• You have basic IT skills and the ability to apply them in daily workflows and documentation.
• You work independently, carefully, and in a well-structured manner – even with many parallel projects, you find it easy to maintain an overview.
• You have a high awareness of laboratory and work safety.
• You are motivated, reliable, and enjoy working in a team.
• You are fluent in German and English.
• Your profile is rounded off by creativity and a hands-on mentality.
