As a Key Account Operations Manager (gn), you will be responsible for the operational support of our Key Account Managers, the expansion of strategic customer relationships, and the preparation of presentations, appointments, and data-based reporting. You have experience in project and process management, work hands-on, and are eager to advance the ESN & More Nutrition brands? Then get in touch and become part of the team.
Your Mission with Us
- You will support our Key Account Managers (KAM) in building and strengthening the most important customer relationships and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (including Trade Marketing, Business Intelligence, IT, Fulfillment Partners).
- In coordination with the KAM and other departments, you will prepare presentations and appointments with our partners and be an important content sparring partner.
- Your strong entrepreneurial thinking will support the development of new business areas and our internationalization.
- You will communicate confidently and consistently with central buyers and service providers.
- You will make data-driven decisions and create reports.
Your Experience & Skills
- You have a completed degree in Business Administration or an equivalent completed apprenticeship with further training.
- You have 1-3 years of professional experience and knowledge in project and/or process management, ideally in a fast-growing, dynamic company.
- You are a generalist with a quick grasp, decisiveness, and a "hands-on" mentality.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office is a matter of course for you; knowledge of leading CRM, ERP, and shop systems is a plus.
- For internal and external communication, you have very good written and spoken German and English skills; further foreign language skills are an advantage.
- You have a strong interest in the German and European FMCG industry and a passion for our products.
