In this role, you will:

  • Assist sales crew in populating, auditing, and maintaining client and prospect databases (CRM). Provide sales crew with research or analyses of financial markets, products, and services, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Coordinate follow-up from sales executives and other crew. Respond to medium-complexity inquiries from potential and current clients, including retail client support, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
  • Support sales executives with a variety of tactical and analytical tasks, client follow-up requests, and CRM updates to enable sales executives to maximize external client and prospect engagement. Facilitate the effective use of AI tools to enhance sales efficiency and client management.
  • Coordinate, organize, and participate in sales meetings, events, and other logistics related to sales activities. Support planning and on-site execution and gathers metrics for data analysis and post-event reporting.
  • Improve sales and client relationship management outcomes through enhanced CRM practices, streamlined processes, and the facilitation of digital and AI-enabled tools. Outline advantages and disadvantages to sales executives or clients on proposed solutions.
  • Participate in special projects, support the adoption of new technologies and tools, and performs other duties as assigned, including contributing to event planning, operational improvements, and client support initiatives.

Ihr Profil

  • Experience in a similar/related role preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Experience with sales and/or finance research tools preferred.
