Fullstack Entwickler M/F/X – HealthTech / SaaS

Responsibilities

• You will lead the development of our TheraPsy product generation and bring it to market stably – including a clean migration of existing customers.
• Fullstack: You will develop the architecture (app & cloud/backend), set the quality standard, and manage external developers.
• Migration: You will plan and lead the critical move of thousands of existing customers to the new platform.
• Impact: Your work will make the daily lives of thousands of therapists, and therefore their clients, easier.
• Perspective: If you perform well, you will be the first candidate for a CTO position at TheraPsy.

Requirements

Must have:

• Founder Mindset: You want to make decisions independently in a small startup and advance the team.
• Knowledge: Good expertise in software architecture as well as experience with cloud SaaS products (scaling/operation).
• Language: You speak fluent German and good English.
• Location: You are based in Munich or willing to relocate (no remote possible).
