Legal Engineerin / Engineerin (m/f/d) for Contract & Claims Management in Energy Projects

Part-time / Full-time

Your tasks:

• Participate in shaping contracts and conducting negotiations
• Project-related contract management (Contract Administration)
• Technical contract and risk analyses, clarification of interfaces
• Development of strategies and concepts for claim preparation and defense
• Participation in the preparation and defense of claims
• Support / advise project teams on contractual matters

Your profile:

• Successfully completed Master's or Diploma degree (Engineering or Business Law / Law)
• Preferably relevant professional experience in contract and/or project management (e.g., as Contract Managerin, Claim Managerin, Contract Managerin, Project Lawyerin, Business Engineerin Contract Management, Construction Lawyerin, or comparable)
• Very good knowledge of contract law such as BGB, VOB, HOAI, preferably also knowledge of international standard contract forms such as FIDIC
• Fluent German (C1-C2) and good English skills, as well as confident use of software tools (MS Office)
• Willingness to travel and work on-site
