TOPHOTELPROJECTS is the information and data service provider for international hotel construction projects and hotel brands. We operate a cloud-based platform with structured hotel project data, which our customers use for research, sales, and analysis.

Your Responsibilities

• Building Human-AI Loops for our data research: AI assists, you define review and feedback processes for data quality and reliability.
• Designing guidelines: When AI can act automatically, when human review is mandatory.
• Conception and implementation of an internal AI chatbot based on our hotel construction database (LLM Retrieval/RAG).
• Development and testing of prompts, guardrails, and evaluation metrics for the chatbot.
• Collaboration on data structure, data quality, and interfaces (e.g., SQL, APIs) to enable AI use cases.
• Advising specialist departments on meaningful AI tools and creating pragmatic guidelines.

Your Profile

• Fluent German at native level or at least C1 (mandatory) -- please only apply if you have German skills at this level.
• Confident English (min. B2) for documentation, technical articles, and tools.
• Very proficient in handling data (e.g., SQL, structured datasets, simple data models).
• Initial practical experience with generative AI / LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar tools/APIs).
• Good knowledge in at least one scripting/programming language (e.g., Python or TypeScript/JavaScript).
• High willingness to familiarize yourself with our field of "hotel construction/hospitality", structured and independent way of working.

Work Location & Framework

• Full-time (40 hours/week).
• Work location: Rotenburg (Wümme), primarily on-site (typically 3-4 days per week in the office).
• After onboarding (approx. 3-6 months), 1-2 days of home office per week are possible.
