The Role
You will play a central role in coordinating technical projects, working closely with product, engineering, and customer facing teams. A key part of the role is ensuring that customer requirements are clearly defined, prioritised, and delivered in a scalable and efficient way.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between customer facing teams and internal product and engineering teams
- Translate business and customer requirements into clear technical deliverables
- Manage and drive multiple technical projects from scoping through to delivery
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders, timelines, and priorities
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and delivery efficiency
- Work closely with product leadership to support roadmap execution
- Support continuous improvement of internal workflows and operational processes
Tech Environment
- Modern B2B SaaS platform focused on integrations and workflow automation
- Cross functional teams working across product, engineering, and customer solutions
- Exposure to API driven systems, integrations, and data workflows
- Environment suited to candidates with a background in PHP or TypeScript
What They Are Looking For
- Experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role in a SaaS environment
- Prior technical background in PHP or TypeScript, or experience working closely with teams using those technologies
- Strong ability to translate technical and non technical requirements across teams
- Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical concepts
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience working with integrations, APIs, or data driven platforms is a plus
- Interest in automation, AI driven workflows, or modern SaaS products
