We are a B2B SaaS company transforming how procurement teams operate in the era of Agentic AI. With strong funding, rapid year-on-year growth (4x in the past year), and an established enterprise customer base, we are entering our next phase of scale and building a world-class Product function to support it.
The Role: VP of Product
We are looking for an experienced VP of Product to lead and scale our Product organization. This role will own product strategy, execution, and team leadership, working closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams.
You will manage and grow a team of 4 Product Managers/Designers, with the opportunity to scale the function further as the company grows. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys building structure, driving execution, and staying close to the product.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a Product team of 4, with responsibility for performance, growth, and delivery
- Define and execute product strategy across multiple B2B enterprise products
- Establish clear product processes, rituals, and ways of working to support scale and speed
- Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, and Design to align priorities and outcomes
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on involvement in discovery, prioritisation, and delivery
- Drive customer-centric product decisions using data, feedback, and market insight
- Represent Product internally and externally when required

- Proven experience in B2B enterprise SaaS Product leadership
- Experience with AI-driven or data-heavy products
- Experience managing and mentoring Product teams
- Strong background working across multiple products or complex platforms
- Hands-on leadership style with a pragmatic, execution-focused mindset
- Ability to introduce structure and scalable processes in a growing organisation
Nice-to-Haves
- Background in procurement, platforms, or workflow software
- Experience scaling from start-up to growth stage
- Fluent English; German is a plus
