ILS Ingenieur / Manager (m/w/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Analyzing customer technical specifications regarding LSA/ILS/LCC requirements for the chosen design
- Creating requirement models and recording them in a requirement database
- Validating achievable target values (LSA/ILS/LCC) based on the defined design
- Developing LSA/ILS/LCC requirements and evaluating proposals
- Performing Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA), developing logical concepts and models. Performing ILS analyses down to LRU/SRU level.
- Data collection and optimization during the usage phase.
- Identifying and implementing optimization opportunities.
- Calculating LSA/ILS/LCC parameters based on data deliveries and checking against customer requirements
- Identifying and optimizing maintenance, repair, and overhaul measures to achieve defined LSA/ILS/LCC goals
- Conducting LSA/ILS/LCC audits and creating LSA/ILS/LCC reports
- Creating requirement models for a support system and developing the associated support concepts, including cross-functional coordination with other disciplines.
- Representing overarching LSA/ILS/LCC topics in design reviews and in coordination meetings with customers and suppliers.
- Supporting the investigation of service issues
Your Profile
- Completed technical degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or similar) or completed apprenticeship and further training as a technician/master craftsman, along with professional experience in ILS/LSA.
- Very good communication skills
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Team-oriented, with good interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues and other departments. Ideally, former military personnel from the weapons/ship technology sector or other training/professional experience in weapons/ship technology.
- Good knowledge of naval ship technology (submarines and surface vessels)
- Profound knowledge of statistical methods
- Familiarity with the practical application and interrelationships of ASD S2000M/S3000L/S4000P/S5000 F
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Access.
