Are you passionate about data, technology, and building reliable data systems? We're looking for a Junior Data Engineer to help design, build, and maintain data pipelines that power business insights and analytics. You'll work closely with data analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure data quality, accessibility, and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes
• Support integration of data from multiple sources into centralized systems
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across platforms
• Collaborate with data analysts and business teams to support data-driven decisions
• Monitor data workflows, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
• Contribute to improving data architecture and best practices

Requirements

• 1--2 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a similar technical role
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data modeling
• Familiarity with Python or another programming language used for data processing
• Understanding of ETL concepts, APIs, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
• Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time
