Your mission:

  • Participate in processing domestic and foreign accounts receivable and act as a contact person for all accounting questions.
  • For this, you will monitor the bookings of our incoming payments.
  • You will also create direct debit and dunning runs and support new customer setup, credit checks, credit limit assignment, and processing of trade credit insurance.
  • Additionally, you will participate in processing judicial dunning procedures (in close cooperation with lawyers and collection agencies).
  • Your profile will be rounded off by the request and monitoring of other securities such as bank guarantees, as well as the creation and monitoring of installment payment agreements.

Your story:

  • You have successfully completed commercial training.
  • You also distinguish yourself through good knowledge of German VAT law and confident user skills in MS Office.
  • Ideally, you have good knowledge of using SAP and feel comfortable in a dynamic corporate environment.
  • Your working style is solution-oriented, structured, and independent.
  • Your profile is complemented by a strong understanding of numbers and your analytical thinking skills.
