Role Description

TOMRA Recycling is seeking an IT Team Coordinator for a full-time hybrid role based in Germany, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The IT Team Coordinator will manage tasks including coordinating IT team activities, supporting internal IT projects, and ensuring effective utilization of resources. The role involves facilitating effective communication between team members and stakeholders, monitoring timelines, and maintaining compliance with company IT standards and policies. Additional responsibilities may include problem-solving, vendor management, and ensuring a high level of service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong coordination and organizational skills to manage team activities and project timelines
• Basic technical knowledge in IT systems, software, and hardware
• Proficiency in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management
• Problem-solving abilities and experience in resolving technical and operational challenges
• Knowledge of IT compliance, security protocols, and resource planning
• Experience with project management tools and methods is an advantage
• Fluency in English; German language proficiency is a plus
• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
