Job Offer: Call Center Agent / Kundenberater (m/w/d) for RTL+ (Hybrid) in Rostock
Start Date: January 5, 2026
What you can expect from us:
- A free subscription to the RTL+ streaming service.
- The security of an unlimited employment contract, starting a good and long-term collaboration with us.
- An hourly wage of €14.00 for a 40-hour work week, plus a performance bonus of €100 per month upon reaching project goals.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Optional weekend work (Saturdays and Sundays) from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM is available for special RTL events (e.g., NFL games). A weekend shift still counts towards a 5-day work week.

Your Responsibilities:
Actively engage in customer contact and provide support for the RTL+ project, one of Germany's leading streaming services. Potentially, you will also have the opportunity to work in a press project within a multiskill concept, focusing on written communication (no phone calls for this role).
- Customer-centric Consultation: Professionally advise and consult customers with a focus on solutions.
- Effective Communication: Handle customer inquiries via inbound phone calls and respond to written requests.
- Contract Management: Process changes to customer contracts, such as address or payment modifications.
- Problem Solving: Assist customers with technical or administrative issues related to their subscription or streaming usage.
- Data Maintenance: Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all customer interactions in the system.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with the team to maintain high service quality and provide feedback.
- Multiskill Deployment: Support other projects as needed, such as in the press department, continuously expanding your skills.
Your Profile:
- Availability to start on January 5, 2026, at our Rostock location.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during operating hours in a shift system.
- Customer service (call center) experience is desirable.
- Service-oriented with the ability to competently assist customers with subscription and streaming usage inquiries.
- Meticulous and accurate work ethic, especially in data entry and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and friendly with customers both in writing and verbally.
- Proactive and reliable work approach.
- Flexible and eager to learn, willing to contribute to multiskill projects, such as the written press-related tasks.
