Your responsibilities:

  • Handling written and telephone customer complaints
  • Developing individual, solution-oriented responses for complex customer concerns
  • Processing and monitoring critical escalations and special cases
  • Direct, independent communication with executives and their secretariats
  • Participation in process optimization and continuous knowledge updates

Your profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer service or call center environments, ideally in the retail or premium segment
  • Confident, professional, and service-oriented demeanor
  • Ability to remain calm in demanding or escalated situations
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
  • High IT affinity and confident use of various systems
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Team spirit, initiative, and a sense of responsibility
  • Strong service and customer orientation, with a passion for demanding communication
