About TrinkJello

At TrinkJello, we're one of the fastest-growing supplement brands in the DACH market.

Our Editing Team produces paid ads supporting a high six- to seven-figure monthly Meta advertising budget.

We're looking for an Editing Lead who will take full ownership of our editing function.

You'll work directly with the Founder and have complete ownership over the editing team, quality standards, hiring, processes, and output.

About the Role

We're looking for an Editing Lead to own our entire editing department.

This is not a management role where you spend your day in meetings.

You'll lead by example, edit yourself, hire and develop editors, build systems, maintain quality standards, and continuously improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire editing output, including turnaround time, quality, and cost per ad.
  • Hire, train, and develop video editors.
  • Set and maintain editing quality standards.
  • Edit paid ads yourself, especially during onboarding and scaling phases.
  • Build and improve workflows, SOPs, briefing systems, and feedback loops.
  • Continuously optimise the editing pipeline and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure all creative assets meet quality standards before delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong professional experience as a Video Editor.
  • Previous experience leading or managing an editing team.
  • Excellent quality control (QA) mindset.
  • Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
  • Experience building or improving editing workflows.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced performance marketing environment.
  • Native or fluent German.
  • Currently based in Germany.
