What to Expect:

• Support in recruiting and selecting qualified candidates in the commercial and technical fields
• Creation and maintenance of applicant profiles
• Active sourcing via job portals, business networks, and social media channels
• Initial telephone interviews with applicants
• Support in matching suitable profiles for customer inquiries
• Publication and maintenance of job advertisements
• Maintenance of the applicant database and documentation in compliance with GDPR
• Support with employer branding activities and recruiting campaigns
• Administrative support in everyday recruiting tasks

What You Bring:

• Ongoing studies, e.g., Business Administration, Business Psychology, HR, Social Sciences
• Participation in a retraining program or interest in an internship
• Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly demeanor
• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
• Interest in recruiting, commercial activities, and HR processes
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools is an advantage
