Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (m/w/d) Bielefeld

Your tasks:

You have an eye for detail and know where dangers lurk in the office, on the factory premises, or on the construction site, and how to prevent them.

• Creation and maintenance of workplace and system-related risk analyses
• You identify safety and health risks in the design of workplaces and work processes, document them, and derive measures from them.
• Development of local safety concepts and action plans to improve the company's safety culture and standards
• You maintain close contact with occupational safety authorities and accident insurance companies.
• You investigate the causes of work accidents and propose measures to prevent them.
• You raise awareness among management and employees at all levels on the topic of occupational safety and conduct training measures.

Your profile:

You have a good rapport with employees at all levels and can empathize with work processes and constraints. You are appreciative, enjoy advising, but are only satisfied when you have successfully persuaded others.

• Training as a technician or master craftsman or engineer
• Qualification as an occupational safety specialist or completed degree in safety engineering is essential
• At least 2 years of professional experience as an occupational safety specialist
• Experience in creating risk assessments
• Enjoyment of consulting activities
• Teamwork skills
• Competent appearance
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
• Excellent German skills (C2)
• Willingness for field service activities, valid driver's license class B.
