Your Key Responsibilities as (Senior) Generative AI Engineer (f/m/d)

As a Generative AI Engineer (f/m/d) in our AI Solutions Team , you'll play a key role in developing the intelligence that drives our Products, Services, and internal Processes forward

Build production-ready GenAI systems

Train, fine-tune, and deploy models for business-critical use cases like churn prediction, content generation, and trust scoring. Take full ownership of end-to-end AI solutions

Develop autonomous AI agents

Design agents that make informed decisions, interact with users and systems, and integrate with tools and data sources using modular logic and the Model Context Protocol (MCP)

Implement advanced RAG & multi-agent systems

Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, AgentCore, or Strands Agents

Create scalable AI services

Package models into reusable APIs and serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, REST APIs), making AI capabilities accessible across teams

Integrate with enterprise platforms

Connect AI solutions with HubSpot, Salesforce, proprietary tools, and other systems for seamless workflow automation

Ensure reliability, explainability & compliance

Deliver trustworthy, transparent, and compliant AI solutions aligned with company values

Leverage cloud-native architectures

Work with AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/Fargate) or other cloud platforms to build scalable AI pipelines
