Project Manager AI & Engineering (m/f/d)

About the Role

You'll lead interdisciplinary projects in AI, Simulation, Engineering Sciences, Data, Processes, and Quantum Computing -- building bridges between high-end technology from top universities and real-world implementation at leading industry partners.

You'll collaborate with companies such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, Audi, Airbus, Siemens, and MTU AeroEngines, and with globally leading universities such as MIT, Harvard, Stanford, and ETH Zurich.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate international innovation projects across AI & Engineering
• Build trust-based partnerships with clients and researchers
• Translate complexity into clarity -- and ideas into business value
• Mentor teams and foster a culture of excellence

What You Bring

• PhD or Postdoc in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Proven experience in project management and business development
• Deep technical understanding of AI, simulation, or digital engineering
• Strong communicator, fluent in English and German
