At our locations in St. Wolfgang (near Munich), Cologne, and Bochum, we develop certified software solutions for the healthcare sector in the areas of finance, material and pharmacy logistics, controlling, medical controlling, ERP, pain and palliative documentation, and in the KIS failure system.\n\nTo strengthen our team, we are looking for a (Junior) Consultant / Software Consultant in Customer Service (m/f/d) as soon as possible.\n\nWe welcome career changers from nursing!\n\n## Your Responsibilities:\n\n* You will be responsible for software implementations and ongoing support for our clients.\n* You will analyze and evaluate requirements to conceptualize suitable approaches for the efficient use of our software solutions.\n* As the direct point of contact, you will support our customers (via email, phone, remote access) and train users in the functional use of the system (online or on-site).\n* You will recognize the potential of customer requests and participate in the continuous development of our solutions.\n\n## Your Profile:\n\n* You have a medical background in healthcare and are familiar with clinical practice.\n* You have always been interested in software support for patient care and clinical processes.\n* You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.\n* You work independently, customer-orientedly, and systematically, and you approach problems analytically -- without losing sight of the overall context.\n* You act openly and communicatively and have good moderation and presentation skills.\n* You love challenges and engaging tasks with personal responsibility.\n* Career changers?
