This Is Your Mission
- Run the IT Support Desk with support from the IT Manager
- Run parts of the IT infrastructure
- Push automation into the company
- Software, hardware and licensing
- Local and Remote support for all areas and locations of UT
- Provide 1st/2nd line support for all bug/fix issues
- Always maintain a high level of service within response, resolution and escalation time parameters
- Take ownership of user problems, follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner
What We Need
- Hands-on experience working in an end-user desktop support role or infrastructure support
- Windows 7 & Windows 10
- Remote Desktop support
- PC/Laptop Hardware Troubleshooting
- Microsoft Technologies
- General troubleshooting skills
