Product Manager (all genders) EV

UTA Edenred ensures professional mobility throughout Europe. We develop products and services that make many things easier. We are looking for a full-time Product Manager (all genders) - EV as of now.

Your responsibilities:

• Contribute to the EV charging product vision and strategy for Edenred's European Fleet Manager platform, covering road, home, and workplace charging use cases
• Design and execute the EV squad's product roadmap, owning the full lifecycle from ideation to release while ensuring business goal alignment
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other Edenred operating companies across Europe, consolidating technical integration with 3rd-party systems to scale EV solutions
• Conduct EV-specific market and user research, prioritize feature development, and ensure products meet customer needs effectively
• Monitor product performance via data analysis and user feedback, communicate milestones companywide, and maintain high-quality delivery standards

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology with proven product management experience in innovative, tech-driven environments with complex product ownership
• Advanced experience in Electric Vehicle charging solutions
• Strong proficiency in agile product management, product strategy, user research, prioritization, and key product tools (e.g., Atlassian, Figma)
• Proven ability to manage products end-to-end, with strong discovery, design, and backend/API integration expertise
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, working effectively with diverse stakeholders and fostering a positive, hands-on approach
• Data-driven mindset, agile way of working, readiness for Transformation
• Fluent in English, with German or another European language considered a strong advantage
