Your Tasks
- Technical development and planning of energy supply/power plant and plant construction projects
- Engineering Management
- Owner's Engineering for new construction projects and plant optimizations
- Concept, Basic, and Front-End Engineering, including the creation of mass & heat balances, process descriptions, and specifications for PFDs and P&IDs
- (Dynamic) process simulation for optimizing plant operation
- Communication and coordination with specialist engineers, clients, authorities, and other stakeholders
- Definition, tendering, and supervision of external engineering services
- Technical management of concept studies and project execution for carbon-neutral generation systems for process heat, electricity, and green fuels
- Back-office support during plant construction
Your Profile
- Completed Master's degree in Chemical/Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or comparable qualification
- More than 5 years of engineering experience in the energy or chemical industry
- Experience in a project-oriented work environment
- Willingness to take on leadership and responsibility
- Enjoyment of collaboration in interdisciplinary teams
- You think in a structured yet creative and unconventional way
- Flexible, enjoy independently handling changing tasks
- Fluent and negotiation-proof in English and German
- Experience in process simulation and/or project management is advantageous
- Knowledge of applying AI in plant planning, construction, and operation is advantageous
