What awaits you:

  • You will be in a supporting role for the performance of B2C and B2B marketing measures for our job platform Talentagent.
  • You will create our campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok & Co. In doing so, you will find profitable campaign setups and scale them.
  • The user journey is in your hands: You will analyze and optimize the behavior of over 80,000 users annually. From the ad to registration on our job platform.
  • You will exchange ideas with our Content Marketing and Graphics team about ad performance and provide impulses for improving advertising.
  • You will push projects for the further development of our business forward. A test for a new marketing channel? An idea for an automation that saves us 20 minutes per day? Or something completely different? Your input is welcome!

What we expect from you:

  • You have successfully completed a university degree, e.g., in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
  • You have very good German language skills (min. C1) in speaking and writing and are willing to work on-site at our location in Dresden.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and work primarily with numbers and data.
  • You question the status quo and provide constructive suggestions for improvement.
  • You work in a structured, independent, and conscientious manner.
