We are looking for a Partnership & Ecosystem Manager Mobility to strategically develop partnerships, expand networks, and act as a commercial driver in UnternehmerTUM's mobility ecosystem. Maternity cover | Full-time | Limited to 1 year

Your Responsibilities

Partnership & Customer Success

• Building, maintaining, and strategically developing long-term partner and customer relationships
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and sustainable loyalty
• Professional key account management in the innovation environment

Business Development & Sales

• Developing and implementing business development strategies for partnerships and projects
• Acquiring new partners and projects, and managing the sales process through to completion

Network & Ecosystem Management

• Actively maintaining and expanding mobility networks
• Close internal networking within UnternehmerTUM

Operations Support

• Support in daily operations and in the further development of internal processes

Your Profile

• Completed studies in fields such as Traffic Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Transportation Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• Several years of experience in the mobility sector and/or the innovation ecosystem
• Experience in partner management, key account management, or business development
• Strong sales and growth mentality, as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good German and English skills
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a confident demeanor at all levels
