This is a senior, high-impact position focused on:\n\n* Driving new logo acquisition\n* Expanding strategic accounts\n* Cultivating strong executive relationships with institutional customers\n\nYou will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to shape go-to-market strategies, close intricate deals, and establish Utila as the definitive leader in institutional digital asset infrastructure.\n\nIf you excel in consultative enterprise sales, are adept at navigating lengthy sales cycles, and can articulate the business value of complex technology, this opportunity is for you.\n\n### Responsibilities:\n\n* Spearhead Utila's enterprise sales efforts across EMEA, focusing on new business acquisition, strategic account management, and consistent closing of high-value deals.\n* Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving C-level executives, security, compliance, and technical decision-makers.\n* Develop and implement a regional Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy in partnership with Marketing and Leadership, identifying key markets, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and target verticals.\n* Foster robust executive relationships with clients and partners, positioning Utila as a long-term strategic infrastructure provider.\n* Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing Management (PMM) to gather market insights, influence roadmap development, and refine product messaging.\n* Manage pipeline forecasting and revenue targets, upholding rigorous standards for deal qualification, CRM data integrity, and reporting.\n\n### Requirements:\n\n* A minimum of 7 years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven history of closing complex, high Average Contract Value (ACV) deals within the EMEA region.\n* Experience selling technical or infrastructure products, preferably within fintech, cryptocurrency, security, payments, or regulated industries.\n* Demonstrated ability to manage extended sales cycles and engage with diverse stakeholders across business, legal, compliance, and engineering departments.\n* Proficiency in consultative selling, with a talent for translating complex technological concepts into tangible business benefits.\n* A strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and a results-oriented mindset, comfortable operating within a rapidly growing startup environment.\n* Must be based in Europe and authorized to work remotely within the EMEA region.
