About the role

We are supporting a fast-growing B2B software company that helps mid-market and enterprise customers automate complex, ERP-related processes. Their solution sits in the middle of a multi-stakeholder, technical environment and touches operations, finance, IT and supply-chain teams.

They are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to take ownership of outbound pipeline generation in DACH, lead by example for more junior SDRs, and help shape our outbound motion in a scaling, high-growth environment.

What you'll do

  • Take ownership of outbound pipeline generation for target segments in the DACH region.
  • Build and execute account-based outbound strategies for priority accounts.
  • Run high-quality discovery calls with multiple stakeholders and map their current processes and systems.
  • Articulate the value of a complex, ERP-adjacent solution clearly to non-technical and technical audiences.
  • Qualify opportunities rigorously and ensure only high-quality meetings are passed to Account Executives.
  • Provide feedback on messaging, ICP, and product positioning based on your conversations.
  • Mentor and support junior SDRs with best practices on outreach, discovery and qualification.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and own your numbers (activity, pipeline, opportunities created).

What they're looking for

  • German speaker (C2 / mother-tongue level) and strong English.
  • 2-5 years' experience in an SDR / BDR / outbound sales role in B2B SaaS, ERP, automation or complex B2B software.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline and hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Comfortable running structured discovery calls (not just setting up meetings).
  • Strong understanding of how to sell into mid-market or enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability and desire to work hands-on in a smaller, fast-moving team (not a highly corporate environment).
  • High degree of ownership, self-start mentality and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Willingness to share knowledge and help shape the outbound function over time.
