- Senior Sales Development Representative
About the role
We are supporting a fast-growing B2B software company that helps mid-market and enterprise customers automate complex, ERP-related processes. Their solution sits in the middle of a multi-stakeholder, technical environment and touches operations, finance, IT and supply-chain teams.
They are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to take ownership of outbound pipeline generation in DACH, lead by example for more junior SDRs, and help shape our outbound motion in a scaling, high-growth environment.
What you'll do
- Take ownership of outbound pipeline generation for target segments in the DACH region.
- Build and execute account-based outbound strategies for priority accounts.
- Run high-quality discovery calls with multiple stakeholders and map their current processes and systems.
- Articulate the value of a complex, ERP-adjacent solution clearly to non-technical and technical audiences.
- Qualify opportunities rigorously and ensure only high-quality meetings are passed to Account Executives.
- Provide feedback on messaging, ICP, and product positioning based on your conversations.
- Mentor and support junior SDRs with best practices on outreach, discovery and qualification.
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and own your numbers (activity, pipeline, opportunities created).
What they're looking for
- German speaker (C2 / mother-tongue level) and strong English.
- 2-5 years' experience in an SDR / BDR / outbound sales role in B2B SaaS, ERP, automation or complex B2B software.
- Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline and hitting or exceeding targets.
- Comfortable running structured discovery calls (not just setting up meetings).
- Strong understanding of how to sell into mid-market or enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability and desire to work hands-on in a smaller, fast-moving team (not a highly corporate environment).
- High degree of ownership, self-start mentality and comfort with ambiguity.
- Willingness to share knowledge and help shape the outbound function over time.
