About the role

If you are someone who thinks strategically about what is communicated, to whom, and why, this could be a great opportunity for you.

In this role, you will:

  • Shape and evolve VBA's communication strategy (primarily B2B)
  • Execute and manage VBA's day-to-day communications across channels
  • Develop clear, relevant messaging for diverse stakeholders
  • Take a creative and strategic approach to communication channels
  • Analyze target audiences and continuously improve engagement
  • Contribute to positioning VBA at the forefront of the impact and sustainability ecosystem
  • You will work in an international environment alongside experts in sustainability, finance, and strategy, within a small, agile team with a flat hierarchy, based in the heart of Frankfurt

Your profile

Core skills & experience:

  • Strong understanding of communication strategy (audience, message, channels)
  • Experience analyzing target audiences (by using Google Analytics, LinkedIn insights, Mailchimp)
  • Strong knowledge of digital communication channels (LinkedIn, newsletters, etc.)
  • Project management
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial approach combined with a strong get-things-done attitude
  • Experience in organizing online and offline events (webinars, conferences)
  • Ability to independently create relevant content (copy, messaging, simple visuals: Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress)
  • Creative and strategic mindset when communicating with different stakeholders

Education & language:

  • Degree in communications, marketing, or a related field (and equivalent practical several years of experience)
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
