Responsibilities

• Financial & Revenue Analysis: Monitor company figures, analyze revenue trends by product category, price segment, and country, and derive strategic recommendations.
• Subscription & Customer Health: Analyze subscription development, including metrics like churn rate, lifetime value, and new customer growth. Identify trends, risks, and optimization potential in the subscription area.
• Potential & Profitability Analysis: Identify upselling opportunities and growth potentials to actively support the development of sales and product strategies.
• Cost & Expense Management: Monitor departmental expenses, identify savings opportunities, and support efficient resource allocation across the company.
• Reporting & KPI Development: Responsible for recurring reports, ad-hoc analyses, presenting findings clearly to management and stakeholders, and defining relevant KPIs.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a comparable degree with a focus on finance.
• First professional experience in controlling or related fields.
• Good understanding of company figures and the ability to present complex issues clearly.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
