Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales & Marketing professional with a strong background in the refractories industry to lead and grow our business across Europe, with a primary focus on Germany. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, established client relationships, and a proven track record in driving revenue and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales and marketing initiatives for refractories products across Europe, with a focus on the German market
• Leverage existing client relationships to drive new business and repeat engagements
• Develop and execute market entry and growth strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage key accounts and act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (production, technical, and leadership teams) to align offerings with market needs
• Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and trade forums as required

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the refractories industry
• Strong, established network of clients and decision-makers across Europe/Germany
• Proven ability to independently manage and grow regional markets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
• Willingness to be hired on-site in Germany; role to be performed remotely (WFH)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience handling European markets for industrial or manufacturing organizations
• Exposure to B2B sales cycles and high-value industrial contracts
• Multilingual capabilities (German/English) are a strong advantage
