You’ll have the opportunity to shape and evolve large-scale web applications, focusing on code, not bureaucracy. We value pragmatic solutions over dogma.\n\n### Tasks\n\n* Architecting and implementing robust frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and modern tooling.\n* Building and maintaining component libraries with a focus on reusability, accessibility, and performance.\n* Developing backend services using Node.js and TypeScript – APIs, server-side logic, and data layer.\n* Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for our frontend and backend applications.\n* Working on greenfield projects as well as evolving existing systems.\n* Contributing to open source projects or collaborating with the team building fun projects during our Open Fridays (usually on a Wednesday) :).\n\n### Requirements\n\nOur primary requirement is a genuine passion for creating exceptional web applications, writing clean, efficient code, and an eagerness to collaborate on innovative projects.\n\nCoupled with at least 4-5 years of hands-on JavaScript development experience, you’re the kind of seasoned professional we’re excited to invite for a coffee chat!\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n\n* Strong experience with React and modern frontend architecture\n* Strong TypeScript skills across frontend and backend\n* Strong experience with Node.js for backend services and APIs\n* Experience with state management patterns and libraries\n* Solid understanding of web performance optimization\n* Familiarity with testing strategies (unit, integration, e2e)\n* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build tooling\n* Familiarity with containerization (e.g. Docker)\n\nWe embrace AI tools to improve our workflows – and we’re looking for someone who shares that mindset.\n\nAs a senior, you should be a great communicator who can explain complex technical ideas to different audiences.
