The company combines centuries of expertise with state-of-the-art technology to offer innovative and high-quality solutions.\n\n### Your Responsibilities\n\nYou will support our editors in the care and organization of our print and online products (e.g., commentaries, loose-leaf binders, collections of laws) and will be responsible for the following tasks in particular:\n\n* General organizational and administrative tasks in the secretariat\n* Preparation and follow-up of author conferences, business trips, and other appointments\n* Written and telephone correspondence with authors, customers, and other correspondence\n* Incoming inspection, administration, and maintenance of submitted manuscripts (print and online)\n* Editorial processing of manuscripts and checking of author corrections and revisions\n* Maintenance and administration of databases and internal systems\n* Further administrative tasks: creation of fee statements, processing of the ordering system, coordination and preparation/follow-up of appointments, digital file management, processing of customer inquiries\n\n### Your Profile\n\nIdeally, you already have experience in processing legal texts.
