As an HSE Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for safety, health, and environmental protection within the company. You will shape standards, advise management, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations – using expertise, communication skills, and a focus on the essentials.

Your Responsibilities:

• Implementation and further development of all HSE measures
• Conducting risk assessments, training sessions, and audits
• Advising project teams, managers, and employees
• Analyzing risks and deriving appropriate prevention measures
• Collaborating with authorities, external partners, and international stakeholders

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in a technical field or qualification as a specialist for occupational safety / SiGeKo or similar
• Experience in the HSE field
• Very good knowledge of German occupational safety regulations
• Independent, structured way of working and clear communication
• Very good German and very good English language skills
• Willingness for occasional day trips
