Versetti Family Office, founded by serial entrepreneur Angel Versetti, is dedicated to supporting breakthrough longevity ventures through funding, strategic guidance, and operational expertise. Through our Longevity Venture Builder, we identify and incubate science-backed startups with innovative intellectual property focused on extending human lifespan and healthspan. We invest up to $4 million of our own capital during the pre-seed and seed stages, with potential follow-on investments of up to $50 million from our partners after the validation stage. Our mission is to drive transformative advancements in the fight against aging and enable humanity to live longer, healthier lives.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Venture Scout at Versetti Family Office. The Venture Scout will be responsible for identifying promising early-stage longevity startups, conducting thorough market and technical research, and evaluating investment opportunities. Importantly, the scout will also be travelling to key conferences, industry events, university gatherings. The role involves maintaining relationships with innovators, scientists, and entrepreneurs while preparing reports and supporting the decision-making process for investments. The Venture Scout will also work closely with our team to ensure alignment with our mission to advance human lifespan and healthspan.

Qualifications

• Experience in market research, investment analysis, or evaluating early-stage startups
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to engage with founders, scientists, and industry professionals
• Knowledge of the longevity sector or the life sciences industry is a strong advantage
• Critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate business models, product potential, and market trends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing detailed reports and presentations
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a remote and entrepreneurial environment
• Familiarity with venture capital, startup ecosystems, or technology-driven businesses is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, life sciences, finance, or a related field preferred
