Requirements

Must have:

• Technical affinity and ability to understand business processes. Good knowledge of Python.
• Enjoy developing concepts and implementing them technically, including on-site customer appointments in the DACH region (approx. 30% travel, typically day trips).
• Entrepreneurial thinking to understand customer requirements and develop solutions.
• Confident demeanor and communication skills to present solution proposals convincingly. Native-level German language skills are essential.
• Ideally, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and SQL. Experience with ERP/CRM software implementation and customization is a plus, but not required.
• Encouraged to apply even if not all requirements are met; enthusiasm for the job is more important. Native-level German is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• As a Python Developer or Technical Project Lead, you will be responsible for introducing Vertec Business Software to service companies.
• Accompany customers in implementing efficient business processes and ensure the beneficial use of our CRM and ERP software across various industries.
• Analyze existing customer business processes and advise on the best solutions to develop a promising implementation concept.
• Implement Vertec in companies, perform individual technical configurations, develop scripts and automations, create Microsoft Office templates, and customize user interfaces.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure effective software utilization and communicate frequently arising requirements to product management.
