As an SAP Basis Administrator, you will manage and maintain the SAP system landscape as well as plan and coordinate SAP updates/upgrades. Location: Dortmund Contract Type: Permanent position with our client

Responsibilities

• As an SAP Basis Administrator, you will manage and maintain the SAP system landscape as well as plan and coordinate SAP updates/upgrades.
• You will monitor system performance and carry out performance tuning measures to ensure optimal system performance.
• You will implement and manage security policies and protocols.
• You are responsible for analyzing and resolving technical problems and system malfunctions to ensure the smooth operation of the SAP systems.
• Monitoring the planning and execution of backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability are also part of your tasks.
• You will create and maintain technical documentation and operating instructions.
• You will also manage and coordinate hosting service providers.

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in SAP Basis administration
• Sound knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, Fiori Launchpad, and new SAP technologies in the SAP HANA environment
• Knowledge in the area of user and authorization management is desirable
• Fluent German language skills
