Your Role

As Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for the further professionalization and scaling of consulting and implementation projects for financial software.

Location: Bonn Contract Type: Permanent position with our client

Responsibilities

• As Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for the further professionalization and scaling of consulting and implementation projects for financial software.
• You will lead a unit consisting of approximately 25 business analysts and software developers.
• You will focus on sustainable structures and efficient growth processes.
• You will be responsible for results and monitor the utilization and billing of interdisciplinary teams.
• Furthermore, you will shape the development and optimization of processes for sustainable goal achievement.
• In organizational leadership, you will further develop project and team processes and work closely with internal stakeholders and management.

Your Profile

• Professional experience in project management in software development
• Comprehensive experience in leading and further developing interdisciplinary teams with a focus on personal responsibility, goal orientation, and sustainable performance
• Competence in process optimization and the development of scalable structures
• Process understanding in the insurance environment or a high willingness to familiarize yourself with the industry
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
