Contract Type: Permanent employment with our client

Responsibilities

• As an IT Administrator, you will ensure the smooth operation of infrastructure and applications. This includes:
• Support of the DMS Document Management application infrastructure as well as ORACLE and MS SQL databases using the BizDevOps approach.
• Server monitoring and capacity management, server virtualization (VMware).
• Error analysis and troubleshooting, as well as 2nd/3rd level support.
• Project planning and implementation for network and infrastructure.
• Creation of technical concepts and decision-making bases for internal stakeholders.
• Implementation, monitoring, and administration of Windows and Linux servers as well as virtualized server infrastructures in the VMware ESXi environment.
• Responsibility for backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Management of partners and service providers.

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in application support and server administration
• Good LINUX server and Windows server knowledge
• Knowledge of Oracle and SQL databases
• Practical experience with SAN / NAS storage, server virtualization, and Citrix
• Know-how in networks (including WLAN), IT security, or data protection
• Good German and English skills
