Your new employer is an innovative consulting firm specializing in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing. They design and implement OLAP-based information systems for clients throughout Germany and neighboring countries, also offering training in this field.

As a Junior Consultant BI, you will be involved in the development and enhancement of BI-based controlling tools within client projects.

Location: Kaiserslautern Contract Type: Permanent position with our client

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of BI-based controlling tools in client projects.
• Utilize OLAP products such as Cognos, Microsoft BI, or Cubeware.
• Engage in both conceptualization and implementation.
• Implement data models, user interfaces, and ETL processes.
• After intensive onboarding, take on responsibilities such as (partial) project management and client training.
• Clients are primarily located regionally in the Rhine-Main area.
• Onboarding takes place on-site at one of the company's locations; a hybrid/remote arrangement (approx. 50%) is possible after the probationary period.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in a STEM field.
• Initial professional experience with OLAP or Business Intelligence tools and controlling in a larger company (e.g., through working student roles).
• Proficiency with SQL databases such as MS SQL Server, MS Access, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Willingness to travel within Germany (approx. 25%).
• Fluent, business-level German language skills.
