As a Software Product Sales Manager, you will acquire new customers (B2B) for a complex software product in the field of AI.

Location: Essen (100% home office)

Responsibilities

  • As a Junior Software Product Sales Manager, you will acquire new customers (B2B) for a complex software product in the field of AI.
  • You will be particularly responsible for creating digital sales structures and processes. In online marketing, you will create content and launch campaigns to generate leads.
  • You will also support new customer acquisition for the consulting business in this area.
  • Tasks also include organizing and participating in trade fairs, webinars, and specialist events, as well as supporting the Senior Sales Manager with presentations and contract negotiations.
  • You have the prospect of taking on management responsibility in sales in the medium term!

Your Profile

  • Initial professional experience in sales with a focus on software digital sales and B2B lead generation
  • Experience in building or optimizing digital sales processes
  • Confident use of CRM systems, digital tools, and social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, and enthusiasm for direct customer contact
  • Independent, structured, and methodical way of working
  • Hunter mentality and a high willingness to learn
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
