Roles and Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Agent at VEYS IMMOBILIEN, you will be responsible for brokering and managing real estate transactions. Your daily tasks include advising clients, creating and presenting property listings, and organizing and conducting viewing appointments. You will oversee negotiations between buyers and sellers and guide the entire sales process. This full-time position is offered as a remote role, providing you with flexible work opportunities.
Qualifications
- Real Estate and Legal Requirements: Completed vocational training or a valid real estate agent license, along with a solid understanding of real estate and property law.
- Client Orientation: Experience in customer service and the ability to provide professional and empathetic client support.
- Sales and Negotiation: Proven experience in real estate sales and strong negotiation skills.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with the local real estate market and trends, as well as experience in property valuation and marketing.
- Additionally, excellent interpersonal skills, a high degree of initiative, a structured approach to work, and proficiency in common real estate software solutions are advantageous.
