Business Analyst (m/w/d) Vertrags- und Kundenservice
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of new and further development of customer-oriented processes for the decentralized operating units, including the directorate
- Participation in and leadership of internal and company-wide projects in traditional and agile environments
- Development, validation, and implementation of requirements in collaboration with process owners, IT, and other interfaces
- Creation of concepts, ensuring decision-making readiness, and subsequent coordination of implementation
- Transformation of business requirements into concrete solutions and coordination with developers
- Support of sales processes from requirements gathering through development, testing, to business acceptance in collaboration with business and IT departments
- Participation in the creation, analysis, and fulfillment of Service Level Agreements
- Participation in and leadership of optimization projects and workshops
Requirements:
Must have:
- Completed degree (Business Administration, Economics, or Business Informatics) or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience with comparable responsibility, ideally in the insurance sector
- Ideally, certifications and practical experience in Lean and Six Sigma
- Knowledge in the functional analysis of sales processes, especially in an agile environment
- Very good German language skills (at least C1)
- Ability to present complex contexts understandably and to convince stakeholders of solutions
- High willingness to actively support change processes and the ability to guide others effectively
- Strong conflict resolution skills, assertiveness, and team orientation
