Viamanta is looking for an analytical and customer-centric individual to join our brand-new corporate venture focused on the digitization of logistics fleets and workshops. As a Product Owner -- Customer Success, you will be a key contributor to the growth of our platform in Germany, by being the champion of our customers and translating ideas into concrete user stories.

Are you someone who has a strong customer-centric mindset, the ability to connect with people from various backgrounds, and the ability to translate feedback into concrete improvements for our products and services? Do you want to have a seismic impact on everyday digital products used at-scale that make a difference in solving real problems? Then you will thrive in this new venture, and we are eager to hear from you!

What you will be doing

In this role, you will be in the lead and responsible for discovery, user advocacy, user research, and go-to-market planning in Germany. Your responsibilities include writing and refining new feature requests and user stories for the backlog. Furthermore, you will be a key stakeholder for the product manager in helping manage this backlog, and being a trusted advisor on prioritization. You'll be a part of an enterprising and newly built team, including developers, designers, data engineers, customer success managers, business analysts, and others. Reporting directly to our head of product and leading our expansion into Germany, there are immense career growth possibilities available!

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead user discovery efforts across Germany, identifying pain points and unmet needs for users from both qualitative feedback and analytics data.
  • Translate insights into concrete improvement opportunities, defining and prioritizing feature requests, user stories, and requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and data engineers to refine user stories and bring them to a Definition of Ready.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Product Manager, contributing to backlog prioritization and roadmap discussions.
  • Support go-to-market planning for new features and enhancements, aligning with customer success and marketing efforts.
  • Plan and carry out product launches, give product demos, and enable stakeholder alignment.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of workshop and fleet user personas, ensuring product features resonate with their workflows and business contexts.
  • Help foster a customer-centric culture within the product team and broader organization through strong communication, visualization and argumentation.

Whilst the above outlines the main duties of the post the list is not exhaustive, and duties may need to change in the light of future developments or from time to time as directed by your supervisor or manager.

Whats in it for you?
