Wir setzen auf moderne Technologien, digitale Prozesse und ein starkes Team, unsere Automatisierungen werden von einem interdisziplinären Team von Entwicklern, Integration & Automation Engineer & Produktmanagern gebaut.

Um unser Wachstum weiter zu beschleunigen, suchen wir dich als Salesforce Administrator:in im HeatOS-Team, um die Salesforce-Plattform zu optimieren, und gemeinsam mit dem Team maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu implementieren, so dass wir unsere Prozesse und User-Experience auf das nächste Level heben.

Aufgaben:

• Entwicklung und Pflege von Salesforce-Flows, Automatisierungen und Prozesslösungen zur Abbildung fachlicher Anforderungen innerhalb von Salesforce
• Hinzufügen und Erweiterungen von Salesforce Integrationen in die restliche Tool Landschaft wie z.B. Call-Center oder ERP
• Teilnahme an Sprint Planning & Refinements Sessions in Zusammenarbeit mit den Entwicklern und Administratoren und dem CTO
• Sicherstellung von Datenqualität und -konsistenz sowie Durchführung von Datenmigrationen
• Dokumentation von Änderungen und technischen Abläufen zur Sicherstellung von Transparenz und Nachvollziehbarkeit
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Reports, Dashboards und Templates

Dein Profil

• Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Administration von komplexen Salesforce-Flows & Automatisierungen (Flow First Mindset)
• Kenntnisse in den Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales & Service), optimalerweise auch in JustOn, Experience Cloud und Field Service
• Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Change-Management-Prozessen in Salesforce , idealerweise mit Gearset , und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für die Einhaltung definierter Entwicklungs- und Deployment-Richtlinien
• Kenntnisse in Apex und Lightning Web Components sind von Vorteil
• Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit einem Blick fürs Detail -- insbesondere bei der Umsetzung und Dokumentation technischer Änderungen
• Du bist ein Teamplayer mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, dich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich) sowie Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau für den Endanwendersupport.

Your mission

At Vamo, our mission is to bring the new era of heating into the home. To achieve this, we connect modern, efficient, and environmentally friendly heat pumps across Germany with our HeatFleet and the Vamo App for end customers. We rely on modern technologies, digital processes, and a strong team. Our automations are built by an interdisciplinary team of Developers, Integration & Automation Engineers, and Product Managers.

To further accelerate our growth, we are looking for you as a Salesforce Administrator (m/f/d) in the HeatOS team to optimize the Salesforce platform and collaboratively implement tailored solutions with the team, thus taking our processes and user experience to the next level.

Tasks

• Development and maintenance of complex Salesforce flows, automations, and process solutions to map business requirements within Salesforce
• Adding and extending Salesforce integrations to the rest of the tool landscape, such as call centers or ERP systems
• Participation in sprint planning and refinement sessions in collaboration with the developers, administrators and the CTO
• Ensuring data quality and consistency, as well as performing data migrations
• Documenting changes and technical processes to ensure transparency and traceability
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and templates
• Training and supporting end users

Your profile

• At least 1-2 years of experience in developing and administering complex Salesforce flows and automations (Flow First Mindset)
• Basic knowledge of the Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales & Service) , and ideally also in JustOn, Experience Cloud, and Field Service.
• First experience in dealing with Change Management processes in Salesforce, ideally with Gearset, and a high sense of responsibility for adhering to defined development and deployment guidelines.
• Knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components is a plus.
• A structured and diligent approach to work with an eye for detail -- especially when implementing and documenting technical changes.
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented work approach and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and German language skills at B1/2 level for end-user support.
