Your Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Innovation: Conception, planning, and implementation of on-page SEO measures, as well as active co-design of our new GEO strategy (Generative Engine Optimization).
• AI Content & Optimization: Creation and optimization of texts and content that are perfectly prepared for both classic search engines and generative AI systems (LLMs).
• Analysis & Insights: Conducting website analyses and identifying optimization potentials by linking classic data with new AI-based touchpoints.
• Teamwork & Strategy: Development of modern online marketing strategies within the online marketing team and confident representation of your topics in customer meetings and strategy workshops.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitoring visibility, rankings, and click numbers, as well as interpreting relevant KPIs to derive concrete measures for our projects in the hotel and tourism industry.

Your Profile:

• Passion for Innovation: Enthusiasm for digital media, website content, and the current developments surrounding artificial intelligence and LLMs.
• Solid Know-How: Relevant experience in the SEO field and a deep understanding of how users search for information today and in the future.
• Technology & Data: Technical understanding of website structure and confident use of analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Sistrix, or similar.
• Language Skills: Very good German language skills, confidence in writing, and enjoyment in taking content to the next level through AI-supported approaches.
• Work Style: An analytical, structured, and self-reliant way of working with the ability to prioritize operational tasks effectively.
