Product Project Manager (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting and coordinating packaging rebrand and transition projects, ensuring smooth execution from concept to rollout
• Acting as a central project coordinator between Brand, Design, R&D, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams
• Coordinating closely with Supply Chain and Operations teams across different hubs to align timelines, materials, stock transitions, and rollout planning
• Ensuring accurate and compliant product labeling, including proofreading texts and aligning with approved claims and regulatory requirements
• Supporting internal stakeholders on rebrand-related product and labeling topics, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment
• Managing and maintaining Asana project boards for rebranding and repackaging initiatives
• Ensuring consistent product communication across all relevant channels during the transition phase
• Monitoring progress, timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure on-time, aligned delivery across teams and markets

Your Profile

• Experience in product or packaging management, ideally within FMCG, supplements, or consumer health
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Good understanding of packaging and labeling requirements
• A strong eye for design, detail, and brand consistency
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English is required; German is a strong advantage
