Our client is a dynamically growing company in a future market with a decentralized structure and a nationwide network. After years of successful growth, the next big step is imminent: the establishment and expansion of a professional, scalable sales organization in Germany.

Are you interested in actively participating in the establishment and (further) development of local sales structures & processes? Then we should talk!

Responsibilities

  • Implementation and expansion of sales structures as well as the ideal sales process in individual operations
  • Responsibility for onboarding new sales employees in the individual (craft) businesses
  • Analysis of the current situation and derivation of suitable measures, support and training of colleagues on-site with practical sales tools
  • Monitoring the implementation of defined measures and achievement of milestones in cooperation with project management
  • Candidate screening and advising management on hiring new sales employees at the locations
  • Systematic analysis and close management of the sales performance of the new independent locations during the onboarding phase, including sales controlling
  • Support of the marketing team
  • Continuous optimization of processes and sales tools in close cooperation with Product Management, Operational Excellence, and Marketing
  • Promotion of exchange between sales representatives and locations for the implementation of successful sales approaches

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in sales with a B2C focus
  • Experience in building and implementing sales structures
  • Enjoyment of on-site support with corresponding travel activities
  • Sociability, empathy, initiative, and assertiveness to establish sales processes on-site and train employees
  • Strong communication skills & networking competence
  • Willingness to travel throughout Germany (driver's license class B)
  • Very good German language skills
