Make a Difference | Your Mission
- You will be responsible for qualified customer service in the telephone processing/maintenance of customer contacts and will handle inquiries received by phone, e-mail, and post, including standard orders, returns, collection orders, and credit notes.
- You enjoy working efficiently and are responsible for organizing the ordering process.
- You will be responsible for creating cost estimates and quotes, as well as their follow-up.
- You will not only be in contact with our patients* but also with health insurance companies, clarifying specific patient provisions, such as rejections of cost coverage.
- You will work together with the field service & technical team to arrange internal material deliveries.
- To ensure everything is correct and information is stored accurately, you will be responsible for data maintenance in the areas of debtors, equipment, and conditions.
People for People | Your Carefluencer Profile
- Completed vocational training - preferably in a commercial or healthcare field, but not a requirement.
- Initial professional experience in the aforementioned field: Customer Service, Internal Sales, Contact Center, or commercial field.
- Good knowledge of common Google Workspace (or MS Office) tools; knowledge of SAP (SD - Sales and Distribution) is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and a structured and efficient way of working.
- Teamwork and flexibility, as well as organizational skills.
