Your Opportunity: In this role, you will be the face to our customers in your region. You will primarily look after general practitioners and orthopedists by phone and digitally -- and visit them in person on-site if necessary to deepen relationships and integrate Vivira optimally into daily practice. Help us ensure that back pain no longer dominates everyday life -- but that digital solutions make the difference.

Your Tasks Include

• Management, expansion, and development of your sales region -- from home office, with occasional in-person practice visits
• Building and maintaining trusting relationships with doctors and practice teams
• Consultation, training, and support for ViVira and digital prescriptions
• Quarterly analyses and structured feedback from daily practice to the product and CRM teams
• Careful documentation of your activities in the CRM (HubSpot)
• Co-design of projects and sales initiatives within the team
• Your most important key figure: The number of Vivira prescriptions in your region

What You Should Bring

• You already have several years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success and really want to make a difference.
• You are in your element on the phone, ideally know the medical environment, and understand how daily practice works.
• You approach people, build real relationships with empathy and commitment, and inspire doctors to adopt new solutions.
• You work in a structured, reliable manner and bring openness, joy, and commitment to your team.
• You speak very good German (C1-C2) and good English (our company language).
• You have a driver's license so you can flexibly visit practices when needed -- and can use our various car-sharing offers for this.
