Responsibilities:

• Accompanying applicants throughout the entire process, from initial contact to hiring
• Closing deals and conducting negotiations
• Acquiring and approaching qualified specialists and managers
• Acquiring and looking after new clients
• Supporting companies in successfully filling open positions
• Maintaining and expanding a strong network of clients and candidates

Profile:

• Entry-level or initial experience in sales, cold calling, or commercial fields (e.g., as a call center agent, sales representative, recruitment consultant, etc.)
• High self-motivation and strong commitment to success
• Willingness to learn and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks
• Energetic, positive, and friendly demeanor
• Commercial apprenticeship is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, confident presence, and persuasive interaction with clients
